Custom Process

After negotiating with the customer, we prepare to launch new project.

1, If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing.

2, If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing. Then we make a mold according to the drawing.

3.After mold making, we will test the mold, if the mold is ok. Then make the samples, our engineer will measure the sizes of the samples and test the hardness and so on, to make sure the samples are good quality. Then we send the samples to our customer for testing.

After samples confirmed, we will start production.

Machine Custom Process

Lathe rollers

The rollers are processed many times using a CNC lathe. The basic process is to derust the raw steel and make it round on the CNC lathe. Use the ordinary cutter of the CNC lathe for rough machining and semi-finishing, and after quenching and heat treatment (using PCBN tools), the rollers are then processed finishing.

Welding of main frame

The machinist will select the corresponding type of steel H-beam as the main structure according to the performance requirements of the machine. After the weld ofthe middle plate and the frame, the machinist will apply sealant to the weld to make the appearance of the body of the machine beautiful, which can prevent rust and corrosion.

Assembly of Machine

Use the shaft to connect the rollers and spacers in series according to the design drawings in advance, and then use lifting equipment to assemble them to the painted main structure.

Test and adjustment of machine

After the overall installation of the machine is completed, the mechanic will conduct the first test machine to accurately measure the formed tile, and then adjury the distance between the rollers according to the forming effect until the finished tile has a good shape. After the initial test of machine, the mechanic began to install the cutting system and control system, including the shearing head, pump station motor, electric control box and touch screen. Finally, carried out the last test of the machine.
