What is 10 ton hydraulic decoiler machine advantage?
The advantage of the 10 ton decoiler machine provided by our manufacturer and supplier is that it can be used to facilitate and speed up the coil loading process on a roll forming machine. When the decoiler is equipped with a hydraulic loading car, it can be automatically lifted to a position where it can expand and clamp the coil.
In one preferred configuration, the coil of sheet material may be lowered onto the hydraulic coil decoiler 10 tons by looping three or four straps around the sheet material with the coil positioned with its cylindrical axis oriented vertically (one end of a given strap threaded through the hollow core 156 and the other end of that same strap directed upward along the outer surface of the coil 150).
The coil is then guided to an approximately central position where the cylindrical axis of the coil coincides with the rotation axis B of the rotatable spindle 109. This is achieved by a set of radial members 112a and 112b selected by our factory in China whose positions are adjustable. The radial members preferably have sloped upper edges such that when the coil is positioned onto the decoiler (e.g., lowered onto the decoiler via straps held from a hoist or forklift) the sloped edges of the radial members serve to guide the coil to an approximately centered position.
